§ 44-55-5 - Certification.
SECTION 44-55-5
§ 44-55-5 Certification. – After receiving the initial request from the claimant business for the taxincentive, the department of labor and training shall provide to the claimantbusiness certification of unemployment as soon as practicable. The departmentof labor and training shall determine the eligibility of the employee and issuecertification for the employee.
