SECTION 44-58-6

   § 44-58-6  Confidentiality of taxpayerinformation. – Return information submitted to any party or parties acting for and on behalfof the state shall be treated as confidential taxpayer information. Disclosuresof confidential taxpayer information necessary under the provisions of thischapter shall be pursuant to a written agreement entered into between the taxadministrator and the party or parties. The party or parties shall be bound bythe same requirements of confidentiality as the tax administrator under theprovisions of chapters 18 and 19 of this title.
