SECTION 44-58-8

   § 44-58-8  Final report to the governor andthe legislature. – By March 1, 2001, the tax administrator shall report to the governor, thespeaker of the house, the president of the senate, and the members of the jointlegislative oversight committee on the status of multi-state discussions and,if a proposed system has been agreed upon by participating states, shall alsorecommend whether the state should participate in that system.
