SECTION 44-6.1-6

   § 44-6.1-6  Appropriation. – There is appropriated, out of any money in the treasury not otherwiseappropriated for the fiscal year 1986-1987, the sum of one hundred thousanddollars ($100,000) to the division of taxation to carry out the purposes ofthis chapter and the state controller is authorized and directed to draw his orher orders upon the general treasurer for the payment of the sum or so much ofthe sum as may be required from time to time upon receipt by him or her ofproperly authenticated vouchers.
