SECTION 44-6-3

   § 44-6-3  Copy of assessment furnished togeneral treasurer. – The assessors, having completed the assessment, shall date, sign, and depositthe assessment in the office of the city or town clerk who shall immediatelysend a copy of the assessment to the general treasurer, with the names of thecity or town treasurer and collector of taxes of the city or town, and theirpost office address.
