SECTION 44-63-4

   § 44-63-4  Rules and regulations.[Repealed effective December 31, 2016 pursuant to § 44-63-5.].– The tax administrator is authorized and empowered to promulgate rules andregulations that he or she may deem necessary for the proper administration andenforcement of this chapter, excepting those matters committed to thesupervision of the economic development corporation. The director of theeconomic development corporation is authorized and empowered to promulgaterules and regulations pertaining to those matters committed to the supervisionof the economic development corporation.
