SECTION 44-65-11

   § 44-65-11  Method of payment and depositof surcharge. – (a) The payments required by this chapter may be made by electronic transfer ofmonies to the general treasurer and deposited to the general fund.

   (b) The general treasurer is authorized to establish anaccount or accounts and to take all steps necessary to facilitate theelectronic transfer of monies. The general treasurer shall provide the taxadministrator a record of any monies transferred and deposited.
