§ 44-7-7.1 - Taxpayer information.
SECTION 44-7-7.1
§ 44-7-7.1 Taxpayer information. –(a) When a municipality issues a property tax bill to each taxpayer, each billshall state the amount by which the taxpayer's rate of tax has been reduced bythe distribution of state municipal revenue sharing and state aid foreducation. The bill shall also state the total amount of state municipalrevenue sharing and state aid for education received by the municipality fromthe state. The statement shall read as follows:

Total Amount ]]]]]]]]]]
Tax rate reduced by ]]]]]]]]]]
(b) The director of revenue shall annually provide eachmunicipality with the amount of state municipal revenue sharing and state aidfor education subject to identification under this section.
