SECTION 44-9-15

   § 44-9-15  Recital in deed to city or town.– If the city or town becomes the purchaser, the deed to it, in addition to thestatements required by § 44-9-12, shall set forth the fact that nosufficient bid was made at the sale or that the land was taken by the city ortown and shall confer upon the city or town the rights and duties of anindividual purchaser.
