SECTION 44-9-34

   § 44-9-34  Holding and disposition of landforeclosed by city or town. – After foreclosure by a city or a town of the rights of redemption under a taxtitle, the land shall be held and disposed of like any land belonging to it andheld for municipal purposes, and shall not while held be assessed for taxes.The land may be disposed of without the necessity of giving the notice providedfor by § 45-3-12.
