SECTION 44-9-41

   § 44-9-41  Notice of petition to establishtitle. – Upon the filing of the petition, the petitioner shall notify all interestedpersons of the pendency of the petition, the notice to be sent to eachinterested person by registered or certified mail and the return of receipt tobe required. Other and further notice by publication or otherwise shall begiven as the court may at any time order. The notice, to be addressed "To allwhom it may concern," shall contain the name of the petitioner, the names ofall respondents named in the petition, the description of the land, and astatement of the nature of the petition, shall fix the time when appearance maybe entered, and shall contain a statement that unless the notified personsshall appear within the fixed time, they shall forever be barred from having orenforcing any adverse claim or claims to the petitioner, his or her heirs orassigns, in the described land.
