SECTION 45-10-11

   § 45-10-11  Compelling attendance ofwitnesses and production of records. – The director of revenue, at the request of the person or persons authorized by§ 45-10-4 to make a post audit, may summon and compel the attendance ofwitnesses for examination under oath, and may compel the production of accountsand records described in § 45-10-9.
