SECTION 45-10-14

   § 45-10-14  Appropriations anddisbursements. – The general assembly shall annually appropriate any sums that it deemsnecessary for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this chapter, andthe state director of revenue is authorized and directed to draw his or herorders upon the general treasurer for the payment of these sums or so much ofthem as may from time to time be required.
