SECTION 45-10-2

   § 45-10-2  Certification of vote to installsystem – Installation. – Upon the passage of the vote petitioning the state director of revenue for theinstallation of a system of accounting as provided in § 45-10-1, the townor city clerk or any other person so authorized in that vote shall immediatelyforward by registered or certified mail to the director of revenue and to thetown or city treasurer or any other person having custody of the accounts, acertified copy of the vote, and the director of revenue shall cause anaccounting system to be installed in the town or city.
