SECTION 45-10-3

   § 45-10-3  Assistance in operation ofsystem. – Whenever a system of accounting has been installed under the provisions of thischapter, the town or city council of the municipality in which the system isinstalled may request the assistance of the state director of revenue in theoperation of the system, and the state director of revenue shall furnish anytemporary clerical assistance and other assistance as that in the director'sjudgment may be necessary.
