SECTION 45-13.1-8

   § 45-13.1-8  Severability. – If any provision of this chapter or any rule or regulation made under thischapter, or the application of this chapter to any person or circumstance, isheld invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remainder of thechapter, rule, or regulation and application of the provision to other personsor circumstances shall not be affected. The invalidity of any section orsections or parts of any section or sections of this chapter shall not affectthe validity of the remainder of the chapter.
