SECTION 45-13-1.2

   § 45-13-1.2  Aid withheld for failure tocomply with state statutes. – If any city or town fails to furnish information as defined in chapter 21 oftitle 39 within seventy-five (75) days of June 22, 1987, then there shall bewithheld from any state aid, determined to be due under the provisions of thischapter, an amount equal to twenty-five percent (25%) until the time that theinformation is furnished.
