SECTION 45-13-11.1

   § 45-13-11.1  Excuse, avoidance orsuspension of reimbursement requirements. – The provisions of §§ 45-13-6 – 45-13-10 of this chapter may beexcused, avoided or suspended only by law enacted by the affirmative vote ofthree-fifths ( 3/5) of the full membership of each house of the generalassembly.
