SECTION 45-18-2

   § 45-18-2  Reports by fire company tocouncil. – Any volunteer fire company or organization may be required to present to thetown or city council, whenever receiving any money or appropriated funds, adetailed statement of its assets and liabilities and an estimate of theprobable current or operating expenses for a given period, and any otherinformation about its financial condition that the town or city council mayrequire.
