SECTION 45-19-11

   § 45-19-11  Filing of lists of firefighters. – The secretary of all incorporated protective departments cooperating with firedepartments, incorporated volunteer fire companies, and all fire fighters in atown having no organized fire department entitled to the benefits under thischapter, shall file, on the first Monday in July of each year with thesecretary of the fire fighter's relief fund of Rhode Island, an alphabeticallist of all its members.
