SECTION 45-20-2

   § 45-20-2  Papers returned by department– Contents of writ – Decision. – (a) The department, board, or bureau are not required to return the originalpapers acted upon by it, but it is sufficient to return verified or sworncopies of the papers or of the portions called for by the writ.

   (b) The writs shall concisely state any other facts that maybe pertinent and material to show the grounds of the decision and shall beverified.

   (c) The court must either refuse or affirm wholly thedecision brought up for review.
