SECTION 45-21.2-17.2

   § 45-21.2-17.2  Cranston Fire Department.– All persons becoming members under this retirement system by either methodstated in § 45-21.2-14(e) waives and renounces all accrued rights andbenefits of any other pension or retirement system supported wholly or in partby a municipality if the pension or retirement system was in existence prior toJuly 1, 1995.
