SECTION 45-21.2-23

   § 45-21.2-23  North Smithfield volunteerfire department. – All persons who are full time members of the North Smithfield volunteer firedepartment as of July 1, 1990, and thereafter, are considered a group pursuantto this chapter, upon enactment of an ordinance by the town of North Smithfieldadopting the provisions of this chapter for this group. Credit for priorservice and collection of contributions are pursuant to the provisions of thischapter.
