§ 45-21.2-3 Optional retirement for policeand fire fighters. – In addition to the retirement system established under the provisions ofchapter 21 of this title, any municipality may accept this chapter in themanner stated in § 45-21-4. Withdrawal from the system is in the samemanner as stated in § 45-21-5.
