SECTION 45-21.2-4

   § 45-21.2-4  Mode of administration. –The optional retirement system established in this chapter is administered inthe same manner provided in chapter 21 of this title; credits for prior serviceand collection of contributions are determined through reference to thatchapter; provided, that where the provisions of that chapter conflict with thischapter, then the provision of this chapter control. Liability of contributionsis enforced in the same manner as stated in chapter 21 of this title.
