SECTION 45-21-11

   § 45-21-11  Cessation of membership. –Should the service of any member in any period of six (6) consecutive yearsafter last becoming a member amount to a total of less than three (3) years, orshould the member withdraw his or her deposited contributions, or should themember become a beneficiary or die, he or she shall then cease to be a member.
