SECTION 45-21-33

   § 45-21-33  Information furnished bymunicipalities. – It is the duty of each participating municipality to furnish at the times andin the manner that the retirement board may direct, information concerning thenames, ages, length of service, and pay of members employed by a municipalityand any other data which the retirement board finds necessary for the properexecution of this chapter, and to give prompt notice of all appointments,removals, deaths, resignations, leaves of absence, and changes in pay ofmembers.
