SECTION 45-21-55

   § 45-21-55  Retired members of the town ofWarren. – Every person, who was an employee of the town of Warren receiving retirementbenefits prior to July 1, 1974, shall be paid benefits at a rate equivalent tothat in effect for retirees on and after July 1, 1974; provided, that the townof Warren shall annually contribute to the system those sums in accordance withthe provisions of § 45-21-42 that are deemed necessary to carry out thepurpose of this section.
