SECTION 45-22.3-5

   § 45-22.3-5  Appeal. – (a) A decision of the director involving the approval or disapproval of acomprehensive plan or any amendment may be appealed to the state comprehensiveplan appeals board.

   (b) An appeal may be made by any municipality aggrieved by adecision of the board.

   (c) No appeal may be taken unless a notice of appeal istransmitted to the board within the time prescribed by chapter 22.2 of thistitle.

   (d) The appellant shall furnish a copy of the notice ofappeal to all appropriate parties.

   (e) The board shall establish rules designating the contentsof appeal and all other matters relating to the procedure for appeal.
