SECTION 45-23-26

   § 45-23-26  Requirement in allmunicipalities. – (a) Every municipality in the state shall adopt land development andsubdivision review regulations, referred to as local regulations in thischapter, which comply with all the provisions of this chapter.

   (b) All municipalities shall establish the standard reviewprocedures for local land development and subdivision review and approval asspecified in this chapter. The procedures are intended to provide thorough,orderly, and expeditious processing of development project applications.
