§ 45-23-49 - Special provisions – Land development projects.
SECTION 45-23-49
§ 45-23-49 Special provisions – Landdevelopment projects. – (a) If municipalities provide for land development projects, as defined in§ 45-24-47 of the Rhode Island Zoning Enabling Act of 1991, the projectsare subject to the local regulations.
(b) In these instances, the local regulations must includeall requirements, procedures and standards necessary for proper review andapproval of land development projects to ensure consistency with the intent andpurposes of this chapter and with § 45-24-47 of the Rhode Island ZoningEnabling Act of 1991.
