SECTION 45-23-54

   § 45-23-54  Local regulations –Publication and availability. – (a) Printed copies of the local regulations are available to the general publicand shall be revised to include all amendments. Any appendices are alsoavailable. A reasonable charge may be made for copies.

   (b) Upon publication of local regulations and any amendmentsto the local regulations, the municipality shall send a copy to the departmentof administration's statewide planning program and to the state law library.
