   § 45-23-58  Administration –Administrative fees. – Local regulations adopted pursuant to this chapter may provide for reasonablefees, in an amount not to exceed actual costs incurred, to be paid by theapplicant for the adequate review and hearing of applications, issuance ofpermits and recordings of subsequent decisions.
