   § 45-24.1-6  Public meetings. – All meetings of the commission are open to the public, and any person or his orher duly constituted representative is entitled to appear and be heard on anymatter before the commission before it reaches its decision. The commissionshall keep a record, open to public view, of its resolutions, proceedings,findings, decisions, and actions. The commission shall provide notice of itsmeetings and comply in all respects with the requirements of the open meetingslaw.
