§ 45-24.3-20 Collection and disseminationof information. – The enforcing officer is authorized to collect and disseminate informationconcerning techniques of maintenance, repair, and sanitation in housing, andconcerning the requirements of this chapter and applicable rules andregulations issued pursuant to it.
