SECTION 45-24.4-14

   § 45-24.4-14  Hearing of applications forvariances, deviations, or special exceptions. – The commission shall hold a hearing on the application within a reasonabletime, and give public notice and due notice of the hearing to the parties ininterest and property owners within two hundred feet (200') of the affectedproperty. At any hearing any party may appear in person or by agent or attorney.
