§ 45-24.4-15 Concurrent jurisdiction ofzoning board of review. – Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to restrict, amend, repeal, orotherwise supersede the jurisdiction of the city zoning board of review overany area designated a special development district pursuant to this chapter.
