   § 45-24.4-19  Severability. – If any one or more sections, clauses, sentences, or parts of this chapter arefor any reason adjudged unconstitutional or invalid in any court, the judgmentdoes not affect, impair, or invalidate the remaining provisions of thischapter, but are confined in its operation to the specific provisions so heldunconstitutional or invalid, and the inapplicability or invalidity of anysection, clause, or provision of this chapter in any one or more instances orcircumstances shall not be taken to affect or prejudice in any way itsapplicability or validity in any other instance.
