§ 45-24.4-20 Applicability of other laws.– Any special development district commission created pursuant to this chapterwill not be subject to the provisions of §§ 42-35-1 – 42-35-18.Any commission and its members will be subject to the provisions of§§ 36-14-1 – 36-14-19 and §§ 42-46-1 – 42-46-10.
