   § 45-24-59  Administration – Fees.– A zoning ordinance adopted pursuant to this chapter may provide for reasonablefees, in an amount not to exceed actual costs incurred, to be paid by theappellant or applicant for the adequate review and hearing of applications, theissuance of zoning certificates, and for the recording of the decisions.
