SECTION 45-25-12

   § 45-25-12  Compliance with laws andcontractual obligations. – The authority and its commissioners are under a statutory duty to comply or tocause compliance strictly with all provisions of chapters 25 – 27 of thistitle and the laws of the state, and in addition, with each and every term,provision, and covenant in any contract of the authority on its part to be keptor performed.
