SECTION 45-25-15.1

   § 45-25-15.1  Section 8 tenant basedcertificate and Section 8 rental voucher programs. – The authority has exclusive jurisdiction to administer and manage Section 8tenant based certificate programs and Section 8 voucher programs within itsgeographical area of operation inclusive of any certificate or voucher issuedby the Housing and Mortgage Finance Corporation which results in a tenantmoving into the authority's geographical area of operation.
