§ 45-25-18.5 - Compensation.
SECTION 45-25-18.5
§ 45-25-18.5 Compensation. – The city or town shall pay compensation for the members of the board whichshall be a reasonable per diem allowance for each day that the board is insession. Sums paid the representatives from the housing projects are notcounted as income for purposes of determining continuing eligibility foroccupancy.
