SECTION 45-25-19

   § 45-25-19  Rental and tenant restrictionsnot binding on obligee on default. – Nothing contained in §§ 45-25-17 and 45-25-18 shall be construed aslimiting the power of an authority, with respect to a housing project, to vestin an obligee the right, in the event of a default by the authority, to takepossession of the project or cause the appointment of a receiver, free from allthe restrictions imposed by those sections.
