SECTION 45-25-25
§ 45-25-25 Loans by city to authority.– Any city in which a housing authority has been created, has the power, fromtime to time, to lend or donate money to the authority or to agree to take thataction. The housing authority, when it has money available, shall makereimbursements for all loans made to it.
