SECTION 45-25-34

   § 45-25-34  Employees of city housingauthorities. – Any housing authority as defined by the provisions of this chapter may elect toaccept the provisions of chapter 21 of this title entitled Retirement ofMunicipal Employees by resolution adopted by the commissioners of theauthority, the acceptance to be forwarded to the retirement board by theauthority in the same manner as provided in § 45-21-4.
