SECTION 45-25-6

   § 45-25-6  Denial of petition forestablishment of authority. – If the council, after a hearing as provided in § 45-25-5, determines thatneither of the conditions enumerated in § 45-25-5 exist, it shall adopt aresolution denying the petition. After three (3) months have expired from thedate of the denial of the petitions, subsequent petitions may be filed aspreviously stated, and new hearings and determinations made.
