SECTION 45-25-9

   § 45-25-9  Certificate as evidence ofincorporation. – In any suit, action, or proceeding involving the validity or enforcement of, orrelating to any contract of the authority, the authority shall be conclusivelydeemed to have been established in accordance with the provisions of thischapter upon proof of the issuance of the certificate by the secretary ofstate. A copy of the certificate, duly certified by the secretary of state, isadmissible in evidence in the suit, action or proceeding, and is conclusiveproof of the filing and contents.
