SECTION 45-26-10

   § 45-26-10  Rural housing. – Any housing authority, which has rural areas under its jurisdiction, mayundertake the provision of housing for families of low income in those ruralareas, and may comply with any conditions required by the federal governmentpursuant to federal law in any contract for financial assistance with theauthority concerning those undertakings.
