SECTION 45-26-11

   § 45-26-11  Retirement of employees of townhousing authorities. – Any housing authority, as defined by the provisions of this chapter, may electto accept the provisions of chapter 21 of this title entitled Retirement ofMunicipal Employees by resolution adopted by the commissioners of theauthority, the acceptance to be forwarded to the retirement board by theauthority in the same manner as provided in § 45-21-4.
